An roof-mounted up-blast exhaust fan provided the necessary exhaust and an existing makeup air unit was modified to ensure proper building pressurization. A wet chemical fire suppression system for the range hood provides peaces of mind in case of an emergency.
Davidson Orchards Country Village is a family-run farm and a fantastic place to visit. Check out their website here. The village is open everyday from May 1st to October 31st. Delta-T recently provided the mechanical engineering for their new commercial kitchen. An NFPA 96 range hood was connected to an roof-mounted up-blast exhaust fan. The exhaust ducting passed through several floors and so a fire-rated shaft was required to ensure occupant safety. Fresh air was drawing through a roof mounted supply fan.
Summerhill Pyramid Winery in Kelowna, BC is building a new wine cellar and Delta-T Consultants is proud to provide mechanical engineering for the new building. Read about their expansion here.
