A Japanese restaurant located in Salmon Arm, BC is expanding their kitchen in order to provide tempura to their customers.  Delta-T designed the NFPA 96 range hood exhaust and makeup air system for the new kitchen. Design included a fire-rated shaft for the new exhaust ducting to the roof, and a makeup air system with electric heating.
