Grace Bible Church Expansion

This project involves the design of a radiant floor heating system throughout the building, proper ventilation in the sanctuary to ensure proper air quality throughout varying occupant loads, as well as the building’s plumbing systems. Whitewater Ski Hill Lodge Addition

We are currently working on a two-phase addition and renovation to the main lodge at the Whitewater Ski Resort near Nelson, BC. Design services include plumbing and HVAC design for the building.
Mount Sentinel Secondary School

Delta-T Consultants are currently working on two projects at the Mount Sentinel Secondary School in South Slocan. First, there is a renovation to the gym dressing room area. We are designing modifications to the HVAC system, plumbing system and fire protection system to suit the new layout. Secondly, we are working on an equipment replacement to remove an antiquated air handling unit and domestic hot water system.
Salmon Arm Senior Village
