Commercial kitchens are a specialized ventilation design. Kitchen equipment creates lots of high-temperature, grease-laden air that needs to be properly captured and exhausted. We provide a full design with the range hood, welded ductwork, exhaust fan, makeup (replacement) air, and the packaged fire suppression system for protection.
