PRINCIPAL, MECHANICAL ENGINEER

Eric started this all. He is the owner and operator of Delta-T Consultants. A graduate of the University of Victoria, Eric has extensive experience in the building engineering field. He and his family also own too many pets to count.

PRINCIPAL

Cliff heads up Delta-T’s Kootenay office and is our resident Fire Suppression specialist.

SR MECHANICAL ENGINEER

Erik manages the Lower Mainland side of Delta-T from Bowen Island. He is a graduate of the University of Saskatchewan. His 15+ years of experience varies from fire protection design to commercial swimming pools and building HVAC. When he is not calculating heat loss from buildings, he enjoys rock climbing and anything water-related.

SR MECHANICAL ENGINEER

Cathy has been with us from the beginning and is a powerhouse of technical knowledge. She holds a masters degree in Mechanical Engineering from Concordia University in Montreal, QC. She has local and international experience in mechanical building design, including LEED certified buildings. Cathy also performs Energy Modelling for Step Code Compliance.

SR MECHANICAL ENGINEER

Just in case we ever need one, we hired a rocket scientist. Grant graduated with a degree in Aeronautic Engineering from Ryerson University. He also designs building mechanical systems.

Monica is a professional engineer with vast experience in mechanical design including commercial pool design. She recently did a 7-day canoe trip in Northern BC.

Mike has 35+ years of mechanical engineering experience gained in a diverse mix of consulting and manufacturing environments. He specializes in design of building mechanical systems and as a part-time pilot is particularly enthusiastic about all things related to aviation.

SR PROJECT MANAGER

A Graduate of the University of Saskatchewan, Carson has been working as a Mechanical Engineer in Kelowna for over four years. His interests include building design, supercars, mountain biking, skiing, hockey, golf and happy hour.

Chris is a red seal plumber who’s hands-on experience makes him a great mechanical designer. He also knows a lot about cars.

MECHANICAL ENGINEER IN TRAINING

Karthik Balaji joined Delta-T in 2019 after completing his undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from UBCO.

Fox graduated from UBCO in 2019 with his Bachelor’s of Science in Mechanical Engineer, and joined Delta-T in 2022. In addition to being able to drafting up building HVAC designs, Fox can also play the piano really well.

JR MECHANICAL DESIGNER

A Graduate of Okanagan College’s Mechanical Engineering Technology program, Gavin has been helping us out in the summers for a few years. Now we get him as an intern. You’ll find Gavin hiking in the backwoods on the weekends.
